DTU Best PhD Dissertation of the Year Award 2012 for Ziwei Ouyang from the Electronics Group at DTU
At the DTU PhD celebration party Ziwei Ouyang got the "DTU Best PhD Dissertation of the Year Award 2012".
The award was a work of art by Christina Bardram - seen in the background of the photo of the head of faculty Martin P. Bendsøe and Ziwei Ouyang.
The dissertation is on "Advances in Planar and Integrated Magnetics" - and it is of a very high quality presenting a number of ground-breaking solutions. Ziwei Ouyang has handed in an impressive number of publications - as well as two applications for patents. He has worked both with great meticulousness and very enthusiastically as a PhD with the Electronic Group at DTU Electronic Engineering and the company Flux A/S.
